Installation 3.1 Hardware installation After you check all the components, you will install the Board as per the following order. Product is composed of PCI-R32IO-RTEX-LCM Board, Lan Cable, and RTEX Slave Module(RTEX-DIO, RTEX-AIO). Equip the PCI-R32IO-RTEX-LCM in the PC in the following order. 1) Power OFF the IPC and pull out the power plug. 2) Select PCI Slot that you will insert 3) In order to use the PCI slot selected, Remove the panel of empty slot 4) For discharge of electrostatic that might be remained in cloths or human body, contact the metal part of case with hand. 5) Insert the board in the selected PCI slot. Fix the bracket on the IPC main body with screw. 6) Check if everything is ok with naked eye. 7) Plug the IPC power into the mains and Power-ON and then operate the system. 8) Check if Power LED that is on the external Bracket of Board is properly ON 9) Check if booting is properly made. 3.2 Software Installation Refering to EzConfig RTEX User Manual, install the EzConfig. [Page#9] 3.3 Hardware explanation 3.3.1. Connector & LED (See the picture) Display mark Function Explanation ======================================================================== STATUS LED P(Power), Yellow Board Power 5V Input status L(Link), Green Light ON when RX is connected with Slave E(Error), Red RTEX Network abnormal occurrence : Flickered every second C(Comm.), Yellow Initial state : Flickered every second RTEX Network connected : Flickered in every 0.25sec.
