Galltec. Galltec was founded in 1972 in Germany and was named "Gebruder Gall".

Initially there were produced humidity sensors and hygrostats.

With the increase of the sales market in the 1980s new workshops were built.

MELA. The MELA Sensortechnik GmbH company was founded in 1991 in Germany.

This company has started with the development, production and sale of sensors of humidity with capacitive sensitive elements.

In 1999 the Galltec company became the main holder of the shares of the MELA. Thus, two companies at merge perfectly added each other. All stages - from design development, production of thermo and hydro-sensitive elements and sensors (capacitive and Polyga) before assembly of sensors concentrated in one place now.

In 2005 the company received certificates of DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.

Today the Galltec MELA company is known around the world and is successfully in sale in more than 30 countries in the world.

The company offers a wide range of the equipment for measurement and control of humidity and temperature: hygrostats, sensors of humidity and temperature with the classical hairpin thermo and hydro-sensitive Polyga element; high-dynamic capacities sensitive elements, digital sensors with replaceable sensitive heads which it is possible to calibrate at once and also controllers of humidity and temperature, registrars of data, psychrometers, portable hygrometers.
